Hello, I am Sujata, the owner and floral designer at Jax is Blooming.
Jax is Blooming is a San Ramon, California, local business that specializes in growing seasonal flowers and making custom arrangements and floral wearables.
We grow the flowers we use and supplement with locally sourced flowers. The flowers are harvested and arranged, after we receive your order.
The florals spend very little time out of water, and come to you as fresh as the day they are harvested.
From a passion to a purpose.
I have been a lifelong gardener and work out of my backyard garden. In the summer of 2021, I started making vase arrangements with the flowers from my garden, and a few months later Jax is Blooming was born. That first summer I made arrangements and gave it away to friends, neighbors, teachers, firehouses, doctors, nurses, etc. It was the summer of Covid, and flowers were a small joy that you could hand someone or leave at their door.
I loved making the arrangements, and decided to start offering them for sale. Jax is my dog companion who is always outdoors watching over the garden and the creatures that visit it. Together, we oversee Jax is Blooming. I am also an ocean engineer and work for the military. The Jax Is Blooming garden and my day-job give me purpose and joy.
